Managed technology
$50 to $80 per workstation, per month. A 6-person shop runs about $350/month all in. The exact rate depends on complexity — servers, specialized equipment, and after-hours requirements factor in.
This covers monitoring, backups, security, patching, support, and documentation. Month-to-month, no contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Structured wiring, API integrations, and custom applications are quoted per-project. All work is tracked in Request Tracker and billed to the minute. Every charge on your invoice traces back to a specific ticket.
