What I collect

When you contact me through the website form, I collect your name, email, phone number, and message. This information is sent to me by email and stored in my ticketing system for follow-up. I do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How I use it

I use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and to provide technology services if we work together. For active clients, I maintain documentation about your network, equipment, and credentials as necessary to perform managed technology services. All client documentation is stored on hardware you own, on your premises, or in encrypted backups under your control.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. The only cookie set is a session cookie required for the contact form's security token (CSRF protection). No behavioral data is collected, and no information is shared with analytics platforms or advertisers.

Data security

Backups are encrypted with AES-256 before leaving your premises. Administrative access uses cryptographic keys rather than shared passwords. Day-to-day credentials are stored in a password vault you own. I do not harvest, sell, or feed your business data to any AI or analytics platform.

Retention

If we do not enter into a working relationship, your contact form submission is retained in my email and ticketing system for up to two years, then deleted. If we work together, client documentation is retained for the duration of our engagement and handed over to you upon termination.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any data I hold about you, or request deletion, at any time by emailing kurth@kurthbemis.it.
